The European Union and the League of Arab States support the solution of two states on the Homeland website on Wednesday, April 17, 2019.
European Union foreign minister Federica Mugrini said on Tuesday that abandoning the two-state solution would deepen the chaos in Israel and across the Middle East.
At a meeting of the European Parliament on the annexation of the West Bank and recognition by the United States of Israel of the Golan Heights, Mughrini added: "The solution of the two states is disappearing but is being dismantled."
The Arab League and the European Union agreed on this position.
At the end of last month, Mugrini said that the 28 member states of the European Union unanimously opposed the recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
"The position of the European Union has not changed since the Golan Heights and, in accordance with international law and UN Security Council resolutions, the EU does not recognize Israel's sovereignty over the Occupied Golan."
