Hypertension or hypertension is the most common disease in the cardiovascular system. There are about a fifth of Czechs, but many of them do not know that. High pressure does not hurt and if the doctor does not reveal during the examination, it can lead to death.
At first, the high pressure is discreet, but if left untreated, it can lead to serious complications. It causes, for example, myocardial infarction, stroke or pulmonary embolism and also affects the kidneys.
Doctors may decide to deploy drugs to lower blood pressure. The basis is a healthy lifestyle, including daily movement. Patients should also reduce alcohol and alcohol consumption and try a healthier diet. Even the food needs to be careful – some food increases the pressure.
