The interest of business brigades needing to master the prenatal attack is even greater than a year ago. Payments of brigadeiros increased by up to ten percent. The biggest demand is for sales assistants, cashier, warehouse, messenger or receptionist, according to a survey among human resources agencies.
"The business interest in the brigade is greater than last year, not just for brigadiers but for people to buy because the shortage of people is large and long-term," said Grafton Recruitment's chief marketing officer Jitka Součková . Stores and warehouses looking for a pre-work period of the workforce minimize the minimum requirements for the job seeker, for example, the role is no longer.
The biggest demand for brigaders comes every year at the electronic store logistics centers, said Manpower Group manager Jiří Halbrštát. In particular, warehouse and shipping personnel, packers and mail staff are involved. Brigadiers are also welcome at retailers who try to stop the massacre of customers before Christmas. "We are also monitoring demand in customer service, where phone consultants and sales assistants are highly sought after," he added, adding vendor positions in Christmas market stalls and receptionists or promoters in shopping malls.
Traders 'salaries grow at these positions at a pace similar to that of the previous one, with an increase between five and eight percent, said Lenka Pešková, director of Hays' Response Division. The hourly wage ranges from 110 to 140 crowns per hour. For administrative positions, the increase is slightly more pronounced, at 10 to 15%, the average hourly wage varies from 130 to 180 kronor, depending on the requirements and the range of responsibilities at the given position.
According to Halbstätt, Bohemia is more generous than brigadiers than Moravian and Silesia. The average salary ranges from 120 to 130 crowns per hour. In Prague and the region, the average annual growth of the salaries of the brigadeiro rose from 130 to 150 kronor per hour. However, it is no exception that a qualified employee has a salary significantly higher than 200 crowns per hour. In Moravia, the brigadeiro earns on average 120 crowns per hour, and Silesia offers an average hourly wage of 100 to 110 crowns.
