The Red Sub-17 | Vicente Reyes, the goalkeeper of 1.88 million for Atlanta United, who fights for Chile and the United States

Vicente Reyes, American goalkeeper of Chilean parents, is the great novelty of the list of Hernán Caputto. He has already played for both teams.

From December 12 to 16, the Chilean U-17 team will play the XVII version of the UC Cup at the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium. La Roja will join Group B together with Ecuador, Mexico and Paraguay.

This Tuesday, the coach Hernán Caputto handed over the payroll of the national team and the big surprise was the appearance of goalkeeper Vicente Reyes (center in the photo), who plays for Atlanta United in the United States.

Reyes was born in Charleston (2003), where his parents came to work 17 years ago, so he has both nationalities. His height (1.88 m) and his good conditions have attracted the attention of the Chilean team, but also of the United States. He has defended both, but for now it seems that the South American passion is winning at the time of a final election.
