When they boarded the plane that would take them home after a vacation, the Taylors had an unpleasant surprise.
The family paid $ 1,600 to fly last June with TUI airline Mahon, on the Spanish island of Menorca, to Birmingham, UK.
They had their boarding passes and their seat numbers were 41 D, E and. But instead only I had one empty space below labels.
The family recently told their problem to the program Rip Off Britain: Holidays, from BBC One.
"The three of us looked at each other as if we were saying where our places went?" Said Paula Taylor.
After all the passengers boarded, there was only one free seat on the plane.
This was occupied by Brooke, Taylor's daughter, while her parents occupied foldable seats in the crew area.
But as the flight took off, the crew began to serve food and other items that were stored behind these seats, so Taylor's wedding had to get out of there and sit on the floor, in the space in which their places should be.
Brooke joined them, since she did not want to sit alone.

The family says that the crew of the plane thanked them for their understanding.
But Paula Taylor says she received insufficient help when she reported the incident to TUI and offered her a goodwill gesture of $ 38.
After the family got in touch with the program Pluck Britain, TUI refunded full ticket fees.
He also explained that the seats assigned to the family were not available because of a "last minute plane change" and the alternative airplane. It had a different seating configuration.
The airline said it "regretted the way the situation was handled" and that it would contact the family directly to apologize.
The UK Civil Aviation Authority is investigating the case and, according to the BBC, will contact TUI to request an explanation.
This body argues that while passengers can sit in crew seats under certain conditions, they should not be without a website during any stage of the flight.
