Sleeping too much increases the risk of death

A new study published in the & # 39; European Heart Journal & # 39; concluded that the risk of death from cardiovascular disease is greater in people who sleep more than six to eight hours a day. Those who rest regularly more than 10 hours a day are 41% more likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke.
