You go to a store, ask for shoes, rate the customer service experience, and receive your prize. So simple is Snuuper, the Chilean app seeks rewards that could save him if his pocket falls short at the end of the year.

It is a platform that is based on the creation of a collaborative network of "mysterious buyers on demand", an idea that, after five years of operation, also jumped from Chile to Mexico.

Enrique Mena, CEO and founder of the application, says he saw in the difficulty of companies to evaluate the shopping experience at their points of sale, a golden opportunity Why instead of a consultant can not who really buys?

"The traditional methods that existed were very slow, expensive and low coverage, and often biased, since the evaluations were performed by trained auditors rather than by real consumers," says Mena. With the premise that citizenship was "the eyes and ears at the point of sale," Snuuper was born in 2013.

So far, according to Mena, there are 45,000 Chileans who use the application actively – 250,000 downloads in total, and are associated with 25 companies, enough support for September to take their platform to Mexico. In just three months, there are already 10,000 Central Americans who use the application on their phones.

One of the tasks of these days is to go to a specific mall to assess the attention of locals at Christmas time. Just go to any store, be advised by suppliers and answer a questionnaire with 10 questions. After that, a photo continues as a witness that you met and received your $ 1,000 prize. The challenge can be done in up to 5 stores, so you can win up to $ 5,000 in an hour.

"Active users perform between 30 and 50 tasks per month and on each they can earn an average of $ 3,000, which means they generate revenue between $ 90,000 and $ 150,000 per month," says the application's founder.

"We have a reasonably healthy community, they understand that this is not a primary source of income, like Uber or Cornershop, but it is great for students, for example, so they can afford lunch, mobilize and give themselves their treats fund your holiday and Christmas gifts, "says Mena.
