A lone criminal attempted to steal a school van with children on board. The antisocial was fleeing a civilian carabinier and wanted to seize the opportunity since the vehicle had the keys. He did not reach his goal, but he hid in a house where he intimidated a boy and his grandmother. He ran away with a million pesos in cash. (11/23/2018)
