Alyssa Carson prepares to go to Mars, and in the antechamber of this experience will be at the International Social Innovation Festival.

Taking advantage of his stay, the astronaut was in the program dedicated to DNA, where about how the love of space exploration came about.

"When I was a girl, I wanted to go to Mars out of curiosity. I think that going there has many benefits and I know the importance of what we can gain in this mission"he said.

About his childhood dreams, Carson commented that "Being an astronaut was always my first wish in all", stating that unlike what happens to children in their early years, she has already had the film lighter.
