Winter Sale on Steam PC Gaming is at GMG

Steam's winter sale can start tomorrow, but Green Man Gaming has started its own winter sale, dropping prices by as much as 75% in over 1,000 games, including some of the biggest hits of the year. The transactions take place between today and January 12, with most of them in the form of Steam codes. And if you enter coupon code GMG12 at checkout you will save an additional 12%. As any sale is as good as the games that are discounted, let's take a look at what is available.

Some of the biggest recent games are already discounted to about half. Former Assassin's Creed Odyssey of Greece has dropped to $ 30, while the apocalyptic multiplayer game Fallout 76 is on sale for $ 36. If creative – and often absurd – murders are in your alley, you go want to get Hitman 2 for $ 38. And fans of fighting games can get SoulCalibur VI for $ 42.

Anyone who likes the relative simplicity of side-scrolling games can catch the diabolically challenging Cuphead for $ 15 or the painterly (and challenging) Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition for $ 10. If you've missed some of the great games from the beginning of the year, you can get Monster Hunter World for $ 35 or Far Cry 5 for $ 24.

Strategy fans can put their brains to work with Civilization VI or XCOM 2 for $ 13.50 each. Those who enjoy watching TV show quality cut-scenes can grab the Quantum Break for $ 10. And if you want to fight Skaven's hordes with your friends, consider getting Warhammer: Vermintide 2 for $ 15.

It only scratches the surface; many other games are also for sale now. You'll find more of them listed below, or you can check out all the offers at GMG.
