The new hymn trailer overturns the customization and progression of the dart

BioWare has released a new trailer for Anthem, their upcoming third-person shooter / action RPG. The video is the first part of a series dedicated to explaining the game mechanics and features of Anthem.

In this first part, BioWare discusses the story, progression and customization of the next game. Most of the video is devoted to the last two topics and discusses the different game styles, abilities and abilities of the four Anthem Javelins: Ranger, Interceptor, Colossus and Storm.

You'll start with Ranger in Anthem, but you'll have the chance to build all four Javelins – and several versions of them as well – by the time you finish the game story. The Ranger is built to play accurately, relying on a variety of abilities and weapons to attack specific enemies. The Interceptor is fast and has the strongest melee attacks, allowing it to enter the battle and deal massive damage before dodging the danger. Colossus is best suited for the front lines and can withstand devastating attacks with its heavy armor and massive shield. Finally, Storm's elemental attacks make him one of the most powerful Javelins, but the lack of armor ensures that he remains like a glass cannon.

Each Javelin can be customized to fulfill various functions. Ranger, for example, can be equipped to survive alone with a balanced variety of weapons to play alone. However, if you are playing with a team, you can customize the suit with the technology that makes your squad's damage dealer or choose support skills that ensure that everyone stays alive.

BioWare ended the trailer promising that the next part of the series would provide details on "the expanding world of Anthem and its huge final game, including a look at [the game’s] strengths ".

Anthem is scheduled for release on February 22 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you pre-order the game, you can play a exclusive VIP demo on January 25th.
