SpaceX sends Christmas dinner for ISS astronauts

SpaceX by Elon Musk has sent a special delivery to the International Space Station which is scheduled to arrive on time for Christmas. In addition to the usual scientific supplies and supplies, this month's cargo shipment will also include a Christmas dinner, packaged and launched into space on a Dragon spacecraft for ISS astronauts.

The festive meal will be a traditional Christmas dinner including smoked turkey breast, cranberry sauce, candied yams and even the universally unsympathetic fruit cake. Delivery should arrive on time, however, NASA had to delay launching the mission on a day after moldy rodent food was discovered at the last minute on loading.

Last month, NASA officially marked the date of the first test flight of the SpaceX Crew Dragon.
