The royal family celebrated Easter Sunday with a service of St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. Kate Middleton was present at the Easter event, beautiful when she arrived at the chapel with Prince William.

For today's service, Kate wore a light blue coat with a gray hat and carried a small bag. Earrings, a brooch and gray heels completed the look. See the complete set of the Duchess of Cambridge here:

Will and Kate became regular in the service of the Queen in the East. Royce has appeared in the last two years and even joined the traditional celebration last year just a few weeks before receiving Prince Louis. In 2017, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a frock coat dress and matching hat to the occasion, and last year she chose a brown coat with a matching hat:

This year, Easter also falls on another special day for the royal family: the 93rd birthday of Queen Elizabeth. While the monarch usually marks the particular day, this year we were given a glimpse of the commemoration while the royal family frequented the church. After the service, the queen and other royal ladies received bouquets of flowers from local children. In June, the monarch will officially mark her birthday with Trooping the Color, her annual London birthday parade.

Many other members of the royal family were seen in today's service, including Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice and Princess Anne. Anne's children were also present with their respective spouses – Peter Phillips brought his wife Autumn, while Zara and Mike Tindall were also spotted at the service. Prince Edward and his family were also there.

Prince Philip was not present for the second consecutive year. Prince Charles and Camilla lost their service – they traditionally spend Easter in Scotland – and the Duchess of Sussex was not present as she eagerly awaits the arrival of her first baby
