It's no secret that Michelle Obama seems sweeping whenever she makes public appearances, and now, thanks to her personal facial, we can see why.
In honor of the 55th birthday of the former first lady, Canadian skin specialist Jennifer Brodeur has revealed how she can keep Michelle's skin looking youthful, dewy and shiny.
The skin care regimen involves using different products and techniques that will be effective in reducing facial hyperpigmentation and maintaining Michelle's skin as "hydrated and dewy".

Speaking with Refinery29, Jennifer revealed that she and Michelle met through their mutual friend Oprah Winfrey on Michelle's 50th birthday.
After doing some facials on Michelle in a "private spot," Jennifer was called back for more.
She said, "So I got a call back a few weeks after her team, they wanted me to find her again, and we came up with a six-month strategy for her skin."

The skin guru, who is also a go-to facialist for Oprah Winfrey and Ashley Graham, said she thought Michelle's skin was "incredible" considering she constantly had events she would use to be ready for the camera.
Discussing the "strategy" she wore in Michelle's skin, she said, "We started with an anti-inflammatory system and then we tried to integrate more vitamin C and then vitamin A at night."
The skin care specialist has worked with Michelle since 2014, and it is clear that the pair have built a great friendship.
Jennifer said: "There are times when I am mixing serums or potions as they appear at your door without any name in strange pots. There is a confidence there.
"After we helped with this hyperpigmentation, it was to make sure the skin was as moisturized and dewy as possible," she added.

For major events and public appearances, Jennifer said that Michelle usually receives a collagen-based vitamin C facial.
