LETHBRIDGE, Alta. – A coroner who did an autopsy on a 19-month-old child whose parents are being tried in Lethbridge, Alta, says there is no doubt that the boy died of bacterial meningitis.

David and Collet Stephan are accused of not providing the necessities of the life of their son Ezekiel.

The pathologist told the judge that the autopsy on March 19, 2012 concluded that the boy died of bacterial meningitis and lung infection.
