Few can deny that Joe Budden provided the game with plenty of entertainment throughout his meteoric rise to media stardom. Say what you like about the renowned lyricist, but Joe's recent work has been respectable, to say the least; In just two years, the man Fight every day your own podcast of the same name, Revolt's State of Culture, and now, it has returned to its old heights.

Unfortunately, the reasons cited are not "the booth". Quite the contrary, in fact, maybe even on a polar level. Last night Budden returned to VH1 Love & Hip-Hop: New York, who currently stars his wife Cyn Santana, the mother of his son Lexington. The couple was in the centerpiece of the most memorable moment of the premiere, in which Cyn and Joe found themselves in the midst of a lover fight. Unfortunately, the difference in opinion stemmed from Joe's reluctance to hand over the room goods, since the man was simply too tired. Even Santana's seduction efforts proved to be futile, since Budden's iron will and waning libido proved to be very powerful for his tricks.

Although Budden gives himself time for a quick "motor boat," his face falls to the knowledge of a pre-booked hotel room in the city. Unfortunately, Cyn seems determined to break the "drought period," so much so that their discussion eventually explodes into a complete argument. "Jesus, Mary, and Joseph," murmurs Joe, during Santana's increasingly frustrated speech. Sometimes invoking powers is all you can really do.

See Budden's ill-fated return to Love and hip-hop below, and let's hope the rest he's actually been looking for has been easy.
