Group wants tower of 33 floors

The Mission Group has submitted its development license application for the next phase of Bernard Block in downtown Kelowna.

The city of Kelowna has already approved the construction of the 25-story Brooklyn tower at the former Bargain Shop property and now the Mission Group will seek approval for a 33-story residential tower and a 13-story office tower that wants to put the site up.

All three buildings will be located on Bernard Avenue, between St. Paul and Bertram Streets.
