The pain in the pumps continues for the drivers of Metro Vancouver.
Gas prices broke another record on Saturday, reaching 172.9 cents per liter at most stations in the region.
Prices have already broken records several times this month, starting when they hit 164.9 cents a liter on April 7. The historic high was replaced days later, when prices reached 168.9, setting a record that lasted only a few more days to reach 171.9. .
And Metro Vancouver drivers may not have a significant drop over the long weekend, according to GasBuddy.com.
Analysts recommend that drivers fill their tanks at night when the seasons tend to lower prices just before walking again in the morning.
