A different view of the classic Christmas show – Stettler Independent


The Stettler Variety Showcase is presenting the Little Christmas Amero at the Performing Arts Center.

Amero Little Christmas is a new version of a classic Christmas variety show. It sits somewhere between a Michael Bublé Christmas Special and Tom Jackson's Huron

Carole, giving the public a modern insight into an annual Christmas show. Between the witty joke, lots of laughter, heartfelt music and inspiring stories, the Little Amero

Christmas is an experience for the whole family.

Don Amero is three times nominated to Juno who is making his mark on the Canadian music scene and will tour this winter to bring his country with soul

voice along with some bandmates to play in the holiday season.

From a humble start in 2009, Don decided to plan a Christmas concert based purely on his love for Christmas music and the community vibe that the season


"We all know there's something magical about Christmas and my hope is to capture some of that and put it on a show."

Don is known for throwing in some fun and festive videos that really put the icing on the cake and are always a favorite of the public. The show sets a tone for people

refocusing what the season really is, what for Amero means "relaxing, looking at the blessings in your life and showing love to others."

The show is on December 2 at the Stettler Performing Arts Center. Shows are at 2 and 7:30 pm For tickets, visit https://www.stettlershowcase.com. Tickets will also be available at the door.
