HAMILTON – Police said an 18-year-old was charged with manslaughter in the death of a teenager Hamilton.

Investigators say they were called to a square around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, where they found a 17-year-old boy suffering from a serious chest injury and an 18-year-old who had small stab wounds on his upper body.

Police said the two alleged victims were taken to hospital, where the youngest of the two died and the eldest had his injuries treated.

The deceased was identified as Joshua Leo.

Police said they searched a home on Saturday and identified a person they believed had taken two suspects away from the site, which is not facing charges in the case.

They say an 18-year-old boy turned himself in on Saturday night and is facing charges of manslaughter and assault with a gun.

Investigators are still looking for another suspect.
