The Sofia Appeals Court has left Pristina and Krassimir prisons indicted for the murder of a 50-year-old man on a train. The decision of the appellate magistrates is final.

Zaprinka lawyer Georgi Argirov said she has collaborated with investigators, who, according to him, should be considered by the court as an attenuating circumstance of guilt. He also pointed out that her health was very bad.

On November 16, police stopped a train in the Vakarel region for a man stabbed in one of the wagons, who died next. Man and woman were arrested for the murder. So, according to early information, they knew they were brother and sister. The 50-year-old man suffered a hemorrhage and died at 8:33 am from the ambulance, a few meters from St. Anna's Hospital in Sofia.
