The rules applicable in the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2019 Single Final, to be celebrated next Saturday, November 23rd at the Monumental Stadium of Lima at 15: 00h, local time, will be Peruvian Law No. 30037, “LAW THAT PREVENTS AND SANCATES VIOLENCE IN THE SPECTACLES SPORTS ”.
Due to the application of this Peruvian law, security controls will only allow access to the stadium of the following objects:
2×1 meter hand held flags, without rods of any kind
Balloons to fill with pulmonary expiration
Fronts to put on fence separation of stands and field that do not exceed 1.50 meters in height.
In addition, alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants or similar substances will not be allowed in, nor will they be allowed access with a cap, sunglasses and chains / belts.
Access to the stadium will be denied in the following cases:
People who are clearly intoxicated or have altered consciousness due to the effect of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, stimulants or similar substances, or any element that limits their proper identification. Those persons who resist the breath test to measure the degree of alcohol in the blood (breathalyzer) should also be prohibited when such a test is performed.
Persons required by the judiciary.

According to applicable law, serious misconduct will be considered:
