The BNP banned four leaders for disrupting the party's decision to participate in the upazila elections.
The information was given in a notification issued by the secretary of the Taiful Islam Tipu office on Thursday.
It is said that to participate in the Upazila elections, the secretary general of BNP BNP and president of the sadar upazila BNP Maftun Ahmed Khan Rubel, member of the BNP of the district of Magura and secretary general of Mohammadpur upazila BNP Jahangir Alam Khan Bachchu, member of Surajganj Chauhali's upazila unit of BNP Mahfuza Khatun and main member of Major party (retd) Abdullah Al Mamun, the Rathamika team at all levels including members were expelled from the post.
Earlier on February 26, the party ousted 9 grassroots leaders for breaking partisan discipline.
