Birdwatchers are excited after discovering a migratory Alaska and Siberia bird at Green Point, on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Although the species flies south in the winter, it is rarely seen in Australia. Paul Bevan of ABC Newcastle spoke to Alan Stuart of the Hunter Bird Observers Club about the exciting finding.
