The trailer for Mortal Kombat 11 with the song from the 90's movie

The Mortal Kombat saga is undoubtedly the most important fighting game. Although it lost some of its validity in the early 1990s, through its most iconic titles, such as MK2 and MK3, the project is still alive. In 2019 we have the premiere of Mortal Kombat 11.

So a true fan decided to take the MK 11 trailer and replace its music with the original Mortal Kombat song in the 1990s films. Yeah, that horrible but catchy techno music we all remember with a lot of love and that's the best sound association that Mortal Kombat can have.

Grab your place and get ready for this strange blend of modernity and noventeral essence, because it's worth it:

We can not deny that the song fits very well in this trailer. It is true that the Mortal Kombat saga has taken a more "serious" course in recent years – perhaps to go hand in hand with the trend of today's video games, but I think the real essence of the game is bizarre. So, definitely, the original song is one that knows how to honor.

On the other hand – contradicting the bizarre argument a little – everything in life needs a bit of balance, and we hope that Mortal Kombat never reaches the grotesque level it had in the 1990s thanks to the sinister Mortal movie. Kombat: Annihilation, a movie that must be erased from the face of the Earth as quickly as possible.

In addition, Mortal Kombat 11 will be available from April 2019 to the most popular video game platforms: Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC, although the version for the Nintendo Switch is not yet confirmed.
