A 15-year-old girl was rescued by members of the Dil de Quilmes after one of her aunts denounced the ordeal she was living. According to the indictment, the young woman was raped by the owner of the house in Bernal, where the family and her stepfather lived.

According to the complaint, his mother had agreed with the owner that, thus, the rent payment was avoided. The three – mother, stepfather and owner of the house – were arrested. Sexual assaults would have spread for at least two years. The two men were charged with "sexual abuse with aggravated carnal access"According to police sources.

The owner of the house was identified as Juan Bautista Rotela Domínguez and is 46 years old. The stepfather, of Paraguayan nationality, is called Julián Agripino and is 65 years old. He is a bricklayer and is retired.

The victim's mother is Ramona Perla and she is 37 years old. She is accused of the crime of "promoting and facilitating prostitution."

The abuses would have been reported in the house where the 15-year-old girl lived with the couple in custody at Neuquén 100 street in Bernal.
