Bethesda Investigated for Return Policy with Fallout 76

The players and some Bethesda fans are not at all happy with Fallout 76. The title was involved in several controversies before its launch and later the community verified that there were serious problems with the performance of the game.

Before this, some players looked for the way to return the game and obtain a refund before the bad experience. However, various reports indicate that Bethesda has not accepted all returns.

According to several users of reddit (via Games Indutry), several fans achieved a reimbursement in days past in the version of the game for PC. However, for some reason the company did not admit more returns in recent days.

Law firm Migliaccio & Rathod published a blog post confirming that it is investigating Bethesda for its return policies with Fallout 76. The body emphasizes the problems that had the title in its launch and the bad experience of the players.

"Players who have tried to receive a refund due to the innumerable technical problems of the game have not been able to do so since they downloaded it, which leaves them with an impossible experience to play until the patches bring it to a playable state," he wrote. Migliaccio & Rathod.

The law firm offers various means of contact for players to tell their experience with the reimbursement process. For now it is not clear where this investigation will go and if any type of class action is planned against the developer.

Bethesda took action on the issue by launching the first patch of the game, whose weight on consoles was more than 40 GB. Despite this, the community is not entirely happy with the results. However, it is a fact that the company works on more optimizations.
