Los Angeles – Kevin Spacey will not be charged in his sexual assault case in Los Angeles after his alleged victim died.
The 60-year-old actor was facing a lawsuit after being accused of forcing a massage therapist to touch his genitals during a 2016 home session, but on Tuesday the case against Spacey – who denied all charges against him – was knocked down.
According to TMZ, the LA county prosecutor dismissed the case after the alleged victim died during the investigation.
Without the victim, the prosecutor said the case could not be proved and was therefore dropped without Spacey being charged.
Police sources told TMZ that the man died a few weeks ago and that his cause of death was "natural causes".
