Drivers will pay more than R15 per liter of gas.

Consumers will have to dig deeper into their pockets after Energy Minister Jeff Radebe announces the latest fuel boost.

In a statement, the energy department said the price adjustment was based on current local and international factors.

"Fuel prices in South Africa are adjusted monthly, informed by local and international factors.
