Okay, here's the thing. IOS 12.1 has a big mistake with FaceTime. When you make a call to FaceTime, you can listen to someone's microphone before you even answer it. And this can be a very, very, very disastrous bug (via 9to5Mac).
The feature works great too. All you have to do is start a FaceTime Video call with someone who also has FaceTime / iPhone, slide up to reveal the FaceTime menu, tap Add Person and add your own number on the Add Person screen. And so, you will be able to hear the audio of the person you originally called without their having answered the call.

The feature is related to the new FaceTime group call feature. But anyway, this is a serious problem. If Apple can not fix this server, the company can get into many problems. This is a major privacy breach even though the International Privacy Day was yesterday (and still is, in some countries). Weird.
